Our Work Environment

At GCEC, leadership is present, communication is open, and collaboration is valued.

What We Look For

To be considered for employment, applicants must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Provide verification of completed education

  • Obtain a mandated reporter certificate (within the last 5 years)

  • Provide two letters of recommendation

  • Pass all West Virginia state and federal background checks

Early Childhood Education credentials and prior childcare experience are preferred.

Compensation is based on experience and educational background.
